POSITIONING STATEMENT 
To be the preferred Chemical Distributor in the Midwest by cultivating customer satisfaction through market leadership and value creation for our targeted customers and suppliers.  We will operate in a safe, professional and responsible manner for our employees and the community.

VALUES STATEMENT 
Our first and most important value is to operate safely and within the spirit of the Responsible Distribution Process (RDP) process defined by the National Association of Chemical Distributors, for the enrichment of our employees, customers, suppliers, and communities we serve.  All of our activities and intentions are to act with the highest levels of ethics, honesty and professionalism, as we strive for continuous improvement, and achieve operational and performance excellence.

VISION STATEMENT 
To profitably grow market share in our targeted markets of Food; Water Treatment; Chemical Manufacturing; Biofuels, and HI&I.  We will accomplish this by providing creative, unique and tailored product, service and logistics solutions that meet or exceed the demanding and dynamic needs of our customers.
